This Privacy Policy describes how EMS 2.0 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information obtained from users ("you" or "your") of EMS 2.0 ("the App").

1. Information We Collect :

a. Personal Information :

When you create an account on the App, we may collect your name, email address, username, password, and other information necessary for account creation.

b. Location Information :

With your explicit permission, we may collect and process your device's location information to provide location-based services within the App.

This includes accessing your precise location to provide features for capturing the audit information.

You have the ability to control or disable location services through your device settings, and we will only collect location information with your consent.

i) Storage Permission: To enable PDF file downloads, our app requires access to your device's external storage. By granting storage permission, you authorize us to store downloaded files in your device's external storage space.

ii) Download Activity: We may collect data related to your download activity within the app, including the files downloaded, download timestamps, and download success/failure status, for analytical and troubleshooting purposes.

iii) Purpose of Access: EMS 2.0 application using EXTERNAL STORAGE permission to download the PDF files and getting stored in the device .

2. Use of Collected Information :

a. Personal Information :

We use the personal information you provide to create and manage your account.

We do not collect or use personal information for targeted advertising or user behaviour analysis.

b. Location Information :

We use your location information to capture the auditing location.

We do not use location information for targeted advertising or user behaviour analysis.

a. Service Providers :

We do not share this information to any of the service providers.

b. Legal Requirements :

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority to protect our rights, enforce our policies, respond to legal claims, or comply with legal processes.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
